A little bit about Robyn: I recently moved back to Phoenix from Minnesota where I finished my 2nd Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. I am currently an active member of the Army National Guard and have been in it for 20 years.

What do you think you need to improve on? I improve on understanding others management styles and how best to work with them.

Aspirations and goals: I would like to get my PhD in Construction Management to be able to teach.
