A little bit about Michael: I graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics. I started working within the banking/finance industry right out of undergrad and while also pursuing my masters.

Start of Program: Spring 2019

What is your leadership/management style? I think that my styles for leadership/management would be considered very open. I like having input from colleagues in both an academic and working perspective as I believe that by getting input from people who are hands on will give you a better idea about the pace and direction you and your team need to go.

What do you think you need to improve on? I think I would like to improve on my organizational skills. I think that is something that should always be improved as it is critical for everything you do.

Aspirations and goals: I would like to complete my Master's and possibly do a Doctorate. I would also like to keep moving up within the company I work for.
