A little bit about Melanie: I am currently living in Indonesia, having spent some time in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore for my study and work. I am working in the Sustainability team in a palm plantation in Indonesia. It's an exciting journey especially to educate the public about our efforts in producing sustainable palm oil.
I like to run in between my schedules and have completed Berlin Marathon in 2017.

What is your leadership/management style? Participative or Democratic Leadership
What do you think you need to improve on? Time and stress management. Having a family (loving husband and 2 active kids at the age of 5 and 7), a full-time job with tight deadlines, a part-time online course – I’m always looking for ways to complete my tasks even more efficiently so I can have more quality time with my family.
Aspirations and goals: To become an entrepreneur (the last case study from the Accounting course did inspire me a lot!)
