A little about Megan: I was born and raised in Southern California! Currently, I live in Huntington Beach with my husband and work for The HydraFacial Company in Long Beach- a job that I love with people I deeply respect!
Start of Program: Fall 2018
What is your leadership/management style? What is the opposite of a micro-manager? That is me! I spend a lot of time finding the right fit for my team and then empower them to do incredible work. My goal everyday is to make sure I have done something to build leaders.
What do you think you need to improve on? I could certainly procrastinate a lot less...I've created some unnecessary stress from time to time for myself.
Aspirations and Goals: Some of my career goals are to lead a larger team than the one I do now, to venture outside of my current function and to always have a job I am excited about.
