A little bit about Marjoe: I am an Iraqi Freedom Veteran and served our country for 18 years. I ended my military years as a Company First Sergeant. I take great pride on being appointed as the First Sergeant for a Military Police Company. I achieved my Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management at University of La Verne. I have four kids and a beautiful wife. My oldest son is a junior at Simpson University and my daughter is a freshman at University of La Verne. The both experienced playing basketball at the collegiate level. Interestingly, my younger two daughters are still at home with me. One is 8 years old and my other daughter is 4 years old.

What is your leadership/management style? I like to lead by example and motivate others to complete the task at hand together. I like to promote team effort and Espirit de Corps. "TEAM" Together Everyone Achieve More......
What do you think you need to improve on? I think we all can improve on communication....
Aspirations and goals: Id like to complete this program and become a greater resource to my company.
