A little bit about Kolten: I was born and raised in the Prescott, Arizona area. I am married and have four wonderful children. I received my undergraduate degree in business at ASU and have worked in Sales, Real-Estate, and Investment Management. I am passionate about entrepreneurship and own and operate a small business.

Start of Program: Spring 2019

What is your leadership/management style? I believe that leadership by example is the best way. If people can see you as the leader working hard and doing things right they will want to follow you.

What do you think you need to improve on? I need to improve my quantitative skills.

Aspirations and goals: I want to get into private equity real-estate or development. Eventually, I would like to be a full time investor in real-estate and businesses.
