A little bit about Karina: I Love traveling, understanding and knowing different cultures makes me more prepared to adapt for challenging environments. I have groups of friends from several places of the world I love to learn all positive they can show you and teach you. I have a beautiful family, two kids a boy and a girl very playful and lovely and active kids, they love golf and outdoor activities. Because of that golf love –passion it became kind of the family sport. Professionally, I am currently working in a temporal consulting while I am planning the next adventure I like to be an entrepreneur.

What is your leadership/management style? My Leadership style is more transformational, I can switch to transactional depending of the need of the situation.
What do you think you need to improve on? Have difficulty planning and controlling time expenditure, I need to be extra careful with time.
Aspirations and goals: Start a sport related business career helping others to reach the objectives in this area.
