What is your leadership/management style? I want people to be themselves and comfortable in the workplace. I love collaboration but also the ability to work independently. I am a great listener who loves hearing fresh new ideas. I believe promoting from within and rewarding those who work hard. I believe being inclusive is the key in today's world and a working environment that is not afraid to look at it's flaws and/or apply a growth mindset.

What do you think you need to improve on? Tone, I come across as harsh or rude, when I am not trying to. Also perception, understanding how there is not one method that fits all. Accommodating myself and being humble in difficult situations.

Aspirations and goals: To become District Manager or Sales Manager of a team. I want to be able to travel, promote people, see a project grow and help shape the culture of a business. I have a lot of ideas and have seen many successes in my career,. I would love a company that supports a growth mindset.
