A little bit about Francis: Francis is a Liberian professional who has particularly worked in Western and Eastern African Regions with several International Organizations. His 15 years of humanitarian and development work has taken him to some of the most remote places in African wherein he served and learned from the communities. Francis is currently serving as the Country Director, for an American organization, called, World Concern, in South Sudan, Francis is passionate about Transformational Development particularly in African Countries.

What is your leadership/management style? My leadership style is a Team Approach. I believe we can achieve much together.
What do you think you need to improve on? I need to improve my language skills. Considering the nature of my work, learning multiple languages will be good for me.
Aspirations and goals: In the next 5 years, I want to be affecting global policies shift through grassroots engagements and research. Most policies have negative impact on the ordinary people who in many cases may not even be aware, particularly in Africa. I hope to be a global agent of change.
