A little bit about Edreco: I am a dad of two wonderful children. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and helping in the community. I love to travel, read, and try foods from different cultures. One goal in my career is to create and sustain a world class healthcare system in an under developed country. I look forward to starting my Doctorate of Health Administration in August.

What is your leadership/management style? I would consider myself a Democratic/Servant leader. I love to cultivate meaningful relationships and include colleagues in decision making processes. I feel that power-sharing models of authority are important. I like to empower my team and show them that their voice is important.
What do you think you need to improve on? I would say I need to improve upon my motivating skills and speaking skills. I’m not much of a talker, I’m am more of a doer.
Aspirations and goals: My aspirations and goals include becoming a prominent leader in healthcare, launching a start up company that will solve a world problem in healthcare, and helping an underdeveloped country improve it’s healthcare.
