What is your leadership/management style? I am very relaxed and collaborative with my team, i give opportunity and all the basis to understand why we do something, and where we want to end, it gives them a chance to offer their ideas, and I learn from others too.
What do you think you need to improve on? I need to delegate more to free up my time and manage other aspects
