What is your leadership/management style? Situational Leadership & Cross Cultural Leadership
What do you think you need to improve on? Definitely brushing up on my French (learned it while living in Canada, but have not used it in 10+ years), Having more Patience, being more laid back (I tend to be a Perfectionist) & Procrastinating less.
Aspirations and goals: To open the family business in the U.S. Company currently located in Mexico, would love to eventually make it a global company.
