A little bit about Amanda: I was in the Army, Honorable Discharge. I served a tour in Iraq. I find it interesting to learn about different cultures and their styles.
Start of Program: Spring 2019
What is your leadership/management style? I'm very laid back and nonchalant if everybody is pitching in and doing their fair share of work.
What do you think you need to improve on? I need to improve on not getting so irritated knowing when employees are lying or being lazy.
Aspirations and goals: I would like to use the skills and leadership that I learn through the MALM and combine it with my current career field in healthcare.
