A single mother of two teenagers, who have shown me what a deep level of unconditional love feels like. Start of Program: Summer 2018
What is your leadership/management style? I enjoy relationship building and inspiring to inspire - a Transformation Leader. Leadership by inclusion is my mantra.
What do you think you need to improve on? I would have to say learning to lean in to the left hemisphere of the brain. However, a continuous work in progress.
Aspirations and goals: Raise my teenage sons to be the best men they can be happy about. To leave prints throughout the path I take. And, bring to fruition the project we have been working on for the USVI.
