The image is an instructional guide on the topic "Sort & Filter" in Excel. The guide is divided into three sections. Each section includes numbered steps, icons, and screenshots for visual assistance.
The top section, "Sort Data," features a sort icon and steps detailing how to sort a data range in ascending or descending order. It includes a screenshot of a spreadsheet with a sorting menu expanded for the "customer_name" column. The option "Sort A to Z" is outlined in red.
The middle section, "Filter Data," features a funnel icon and guides how to filter data using the dropdown arrow in a column header and choosing filter criteria. It includes a screenshot of a spreadsheet with menu expanded for the "product_category" column. The filter is only applied to "Hardware" and "Software."
The bottom section, "Combine Sort & Filter," is marked with an icon of overlapping squares. It gives instructions on applying filters and then sorting for better data organization, accompanied by a screenshot of a spreadsheet with filter applied to "Electronics" for the "product_category" column.
