I am a professor of nursing at Arizona State University in the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation. I am conducting a research study on how nurses are coping with COVID-19 pandemic and what measures are most helpful in helping them cope. I am recruiting individuals who are registered nurses (RN), over the age of 18, and actively practicing in some manner. This is an international survey of nurses because nurses have been impacted by COVID-19 in every country. I hope you will complete the survey, and it will take you approximately 15-20 minutes to finish it. To thank the nurses who are providing this important information, I am randomly awarding 10 (ten) $50 gift cards every month for the next 6 months. Each month we will draw from the total responses and the sooner someone enters, the longer they have to be eligible for a drawing. The gift cards will be awarded to randomly drawn numbers from the nurses who have submitted the survey and provided an email to be notified if they win the drawing. If you do not wish to be considered in the drawing, you do not need to provide an email.

You are providing your consent to take part in this research if you complete the survey and return it via the provided link. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and it is completely confidential.

You will need to finish the survey at one time. You cannot save and return to it at a later time.

If you are interested in talking to me in more depth about how you are experiencing the pandemic, you can provide your contact information at the end of the survey and I will contact you. Otherwise, no contact or identifying information is requested from you.
