LEARNING OBJECTIVES: This session will enlist and train fellows to use the OSM Teams platform employed by YouthMappers to organize chapter rosters, participation, monitoring, and tracking as a support tool for activities across the network.

What is OSM Teams?

OSM Teams is a website that tracks teams of mappers by collecting lists of OSM usernames. Teams can also store specific information about a mapper, such as age, gender, or the university they attend.

Why do we use OSM Teams?

With more than 300 chapters around the globe, we need a way to track YouthMappers membership! We know from annual reports that there have been more than 5,000 mappers in all of YouthMappers over time.

How do I join my chapter on OSM Teams?

Each chapter has a specific link that looks similar to this: https://mapping.team/teams/1409/invitations/...

Ask your Chapter officers for the link for your chapter. They can be easily shared through e-mail, Messenger, or WhatsApp.
