With 15+ years in IT, including 8 years leading AI/ML initiatives at Microsoft and AWS across APAC, I specialise in translating complex technology into clear, engaging solutions. I've led important customer projects, earning trust by explaining complex AI solutions in ways that show clear business value.

An advocate for Responsible AI, I focus on getting the most benefits from AI while carefully checking for possible biases and harm. My unique blend of technical and business acumen has enabled me to develop industry-focused AI designs, create go-to-market strategies, and deliver training to sales teams.

Currently, as the Co-founder and CPO of illumi, we aim to build a visual workspace which supports us to re-discover how human-AI collaboration can be as we believe team collaboration remains our greatest strength.

My entrepreneurial drive pushes me to bring new ideas through AI that open up fresh opportunities. As an experienced speaker, I engage audiences on the vast potential of AI to supercharge productivity and human ingenuity.

I hold an MSc in Management from Imperial College Business School in London, and a BA in Chinese Literature from NTNU in Taiwan. I enjoy yoga and running, and is also a certified yoga teacher and advocate for mental health.
