Massage Therapy

A natural approach to well again health

Massage therapy involves the manipulation of muscles and joints to help in function, healing, relaxation and well-being.

Massage involves working and acting on the body with pressure, tension, motion, or vibration, done manually or with mechanical aids.

Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels, or organs of the gastrointestinal system.

We customize each massage to your needs:

Registered Massage Therapist at Assured health

"I have been a fanatic sports fan and (attempted) athlete for my whole life. For many years i have played sports such as Aussie Rules Football, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Marathon running, Basketball, Cricket, Sailing as well as spending 5 years as a personal trainer. This lifestyle led to many injuries and over the years I found Massage Therapy to be the treatment modality that helped me the most to reduce pain and resolve my injuries so i could get back to the activities i love. My goal is always to listen to what you need, assess thoroughly and to work with you to get you back to full function as quickly as possible so you can get back to doing what you enjoy."
