Here are our two favorite tools for helping you stay on track while planning your wedding and to ensure we know all the details when coordinating your celebration.
Our Ultimate Workbook is best used as it is, a live Google Doc. But it can also be printed out and added to a 3-ring binder or coil binder. Be sure to share it at least six weeks before your event to avoid a fee.
We took the Countdown section of the Ultimate Workbook and turned it into a Google Sheet. This will allow you to assign tasks, use filters to stay organized, and customize as much as you like. We've already updated it to your wedding date.
Your Visual Decor Plan can be started now, too. We use this to ensure that your wedding is decorated exactly as you have envisioned it.

Generally, adding items to Your Countdown (Google Sheet) or assigning a task using comments is a great way to assign tasks and stay on track. As your wedding gets closer, using our Meeting Notes is another way to stay on top of the last minute details and how they were resolved.
Take advantage of Subject Lines and keep them as meaningful and specific as possible. For example, rather than using "Last Minute Questions" try "Rehearsal Dinner Questions - 6.1.2024". This will help your email stand out in your vendor's inbox and make it easier to search for you. When you are broaching a new topic, create a new email thread or edit the Subject Line.
Another method is to create a shared Google Doc specifically for the topic, especially if you have multiple questions. It just makes it easier for your team to digest, respond, and find the information.
Absolutely. Clients can schedule a meeting here. Our hourly rate does apply and we will invoice after the meeting, task, or project is complete.
Tipping can be a bit complicated and we're always open to talking about percentages and amounts if appropriate to tip.
My general guidance is this-
if it's contractual, no additional gratuity is required.
placing it in a thank you card is a classy way of distributing it, if appropriate
if they are the business owner, they aren't expecting a tip - but a stellar review is worth its weight in gold
if the vendor went above and beyond and you feel you got a "steal" on their services, a tip will always be appreciated.
and lastly, if there is a service that you can't assess the quality of their work until after the fact, there is absolutely no harm in sending the gratuity after the fact. Many couples have had me mail or deliver these cards to vendors and it's always a delightful surprise.
