What is E-portfolio?Â
E-portfolio is the online binder on Avenue where you can store your skill-using activities (Practice tests) and assessments (Tests).Â

đ How to Find & Open My E-portfolio. Â
Step 1: Go to the Avenue
Open the internet on your computer or tablet.
Type in the address: avenue.ca
Press Enter.Â
Step 2: Log In
Click "LOG IN TO AVENUE"
Type in your Avenue Email address and Password.
Click the Orange "Log In" button.
Step 3: Find Your Binder
Look at the top of the page. You will see a grey bar with words.
Find and click on the word that says "Binder".
Step 4: Look at Your Work (Artifacts)
Now you can see your binder. This is where your teacher puts your work.
Your work is called "Artifacts".
You will see all your schoolwork here.

Look at the top of the page again.
You will see other words you can click. These sections have information to help you learn about Canada.

You can click on any of these words to open them and read the information.
You can explore your binder and learn more about Canada.
đĽď¸ How to Upload My Assessment.
In your Binder, look for this icon:Â
Click on it. A new menu page will open.
Now you will see four things to do:
1) âChoose Related Artifactâ
This is for adding a second page to an assessment you already uploaded.
Example: You have a two-page test. First upload page 1. Then, use this option to add page 2.
Click this option, then find and click the name of your first file.
2) âChoose Courseâ
Click here and find the name of your class.
Choose the class you are in right now.
3) âChoose Skillâ
Click here and choose what kind of assessments you did.
Options:
Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking, Other, About Me
4) âChoose Fileâ
Click this button.
Find your file on your computer (for example, on your Desktop or in a folder).
Important: Give your file a name you will remember later.
âUsing Your Phone!
If you are using a phone, you can open the camera and take a picture right away to upload.
After you click "Choose File" you will get some option on your phone:
You can click "take a photo".
Your camera will open and you can take a picture of your assessment.
Finish Uploading.
After you choose your file, click the green âUploadâ button.
Now you are finished!
â ď¸Important Reminder:
Once you upload something, you cannot delete it.
Only your teacher can delete it.
Make sure you double-check everything before you click âUploadâ.
