Week Four: Choosing to go vegan is a huge lifestyle change, and can be pretty daunting, but it’s one of the most sustainable diets out there! This week, we have a delicious chickpea curry recipe for you plus some plant-based alternatives for you to try.
Just remember, a vegan diet isn’t fit for everyone, so please make sure you’re not sacrificing your health for the sake of a diet. If a vegan diet doesn’t work for you, there are alternative sustainable diets such as being a vegetarian or trying the planetary health diet.

Week Two: Eating locally sourced and in-season fruits and veggies!
Hopefully, if you participated in last week's food challenge, you are now a pro at putting veggies and fruits in your meals! This week let's take it to the next level, we want you to start purchasing organic and locally sourced veggies. What does it mean for fruits and veggies to be organic and locally sourced? Organic produce is farmed with no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Organic farming helps protect the soil and other organisms, which is good for our earth! Locally sourced produce is fruits and veggies that are grown nearby, and don't have to travel hundreds of miles to get to your kitchen.
Below is an article with different online-delivery grocery stores. There are also links to OddBox, a produce delivery company, and Abe & cole; an organic delivery grocery store! Last but not least, a fun baking video to inspire you to get creative with your veggies!
