Hi, I am Steffi Annie James. I am an international educator and have been teaching Elementary for the last 8 years. I am currently working at Escuela Campo Alegre in Caracas, Venezuela. Creating a Culture of Deep Thinking - Using images, books, and Visible Thinking Routines
DESCRIPTION:
This session will focus on 'Cultures of Deep Thinking' in the classroom. It will be an interactive session where teachers will learn to create an Inquiry classroom using deep level thinking. We will focus on using books, images, and a few Visible Thinking Routines. By the end of this session, teachers will learn several easy to use strategies that can be easily adapted in their classrooms, whether hybrid, online, or face to face. They will also have access to a toolbox with resources.
