A Step Towards Student Agency
DESCRIPTION:
At ASFM, we have developed an approach to the learning process that promotes student agency and choice called "Learning Loops." It is our aim to move from a more teacher driven model to a learner driven one, where students set their own goals in order to meet standards through scaffolded learning objectives. This session will walk you through a "mini Learning Loop" and provide resources and examples for attendees to use when asking their own students to take a step towards personal agency.
