Leading in a VUCA World

DESCRIPTION:

Now, more than ever, we live in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous (VUCA) world. How do we, as educators, navigate such turbulent waters? How do we continue to lead in our classrooms and schools when the future is so uncertain? How do we continue to build relationships and connect with our students, colleagues, and parents? Through an interactive, participant focused approach, Jeff will share his experiences as a new head of school while also drawing upon the experiences of the group.
