Healthy Coping for Stress and Anxiety

Welcome to the Anxiety Reduction Seminar:

I’m so glad that you’re here! Many of the ideas and strategies included here are from the book, "The Anxiety Workbook: A 7 Week Plan to Overcome Anxiety, Stop Worrying, and End Panic."

Our focus will be:

  • Understanding stress and anxiety, where it comes from and what's happening in the brain and body
  • Learning and practicing tools and relaxation strategies to reduce anxiety (both prevention and intervention)
  • Learn how to change unhelpful thought cycles that can increase anxiety and stress
