Welcome to our class!
Hi! My name is Kalyn Jones and this is my eighth year teaching special education. I graduated from Anderson University with my Bachelor's Degree in Multicategorical Special Education in 2016. I taught four years at the middle school level in Pickens County and am in my fourth year at Honea Path Elementary. Then, in 2023, I graduated with my Master's Degree in Education, also from Anderson University.
Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my husband, our families, and friends. In the fall and spring, I love supporting the Westside High School Rams at football games where my husband is both a teacher and a coach. Then on fall Saturdays, I enjoy being in Death Valley cheering on the Clemson Tigers. Another few of my favorite things include reading, being on the beach, and attending concerts.
I am so excited for this school year and all of the wonderful things that will take place. The best is yet to come!
