All spaces are 10'x10', and you can ask for up to two.

No generators, battery power only. There will be no power available.

Set Up/Break down
Spaces will be a minimum of 10'x10' with one face open to the public.

All vendors must sign in at the vendor check-in table before setting up. An official will direct you to your space as needed.
Vendors may set up their booths between December 5th, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM or December 6th, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the event day and must be ready to open by 11:00.
The breakdown must be completed by Saturday, December 6th, 2025, at 12:00 PM after the event. All exhibitors/vendors are responsible for disposing of their waste. At the breakdown, each exhibitor shall clear their space of all trash.
Booth Requirements
Vendors are responsible for providing their tables, chairs, and displays.
Guest internet will be available.
All items must fit within the designated booth space.
No power will be provided, and generators are not permitted.
Vendors are expected to keep the area around their booth clean and litter-free. Walkways must be kept clear for visitors and emergency personnel. Booths must be clean at all times. All vendors are responsible for removing their own trash.
Displays must be professional and aesthetically pleasing. Handwritten signs must be neat and attractive.
Sales and Permits
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding sales.
All vendors are expected to remain during specified times, barring medical emergencies. All exhibitors/vendors are responsible for disposing of their waste. At the breakdown, each exhibitor shall clear their space of all trash.
Reselling or subleasing booth space is not permitted. You may not share a space with another vendor.
Arlington Public Schools and its organizers do not warrant or guarantee any particular results of the Fair, nor does it guarantee a particular number of attendees or exhibitors.
Informational Vendor Specific Regulation
Informational vendors (businesses) are permitted to distribute literature and giveaways (marketing material) and solicit customers for contacts and sales within their booth space only.
This is a non-political event. No booth will be rented to a political party endorsing a candidate standing for election, and booths displaying political advertising will not be permitted.
Distributing or selling any literature outside the booths is strictly prohibited. Literature that does not violate any of the rules on the merchandise, booth types, or displays may be made available within the booth space. No distribution, canvassing, flyers, or vending of any kind may be done by strolling through the campus.
Pets are not allowed on campus, however: officially designated “service animals” are permitted.
Megaphones and electronic amplification are not permitted. No radios, tape players, offensive noise, or distractions are permitted in booth spaces. Common curtesy to event attendees, volunteers, and fair personnel is expected of all participants.
Organizers Information
Arlington Public Schools reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of any item or booth that violates the policies and/or procedures established by the Board of Directors at the discretion of Brian Long, Director of College & Career Readiness. If an item or booth is determined to violate this expectation, the vendor must immediately comply with the given directions.
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified by email within 24 hours of submission. If selected, you will recieve additional information. If not selected, you will be contacted and placed on a waiting list and notified if an opening becomes available.

I consent to the use and reproduction of any and all photographs and/or video clips taken of me in any form whatsoever for use in Arlington Public Schools’ newsletters, brochures, flyers, websites, and any other publications produced by or for Arlington Public Schools.
I consent to the use of my name in any form whatsoever for use in Arlington Public Schools’ newsletters, brochures, flyers, websites, and any other publications produced by or for Arlington Public Schools.
I have read this document and am fully aware of its content and implications, legal and otherwise.
I, THE UNDERSIGNED, HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
I am over eighteen years of age and have read and understood this Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement.
I hereby waive, release, and discharge Arlington Public Schools, all its employees and volunteers, from any and all claims or liabilities for death, personal injury, property damage, theft, or damages of any kind, whether or not attributable to the negligence of Arlington Public Schools, which may arise out of my use of their facilities or participation in their events.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arlington Public Schools, all its employees and volunteers, from and against any and all damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, penalties, claims, litigation, demands, defenses, judgments, suits, proceedings, costs, disbursements, or expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and expert fees and disbursements), which may at any time be imposed upon, incurred by, or asserted against Arlington Public Schools, all its employees and volunteers, in connection with my use of their facilities or participation in their events. This includes any acts or omissions by myself, my guests, or any vendors employed by me, regardless of whether such acts or omissions were made by myself, my guests, or any vendors employed by me.
