Welcome! I'm Mrs. Sechelski and this will be my 14th year of teaching! Wow!
I was born and raised in this wonderful town of Anderson, Texas. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Larry, for fifteen years. We have a daughter, Ayla, who is twelve years old and a son, Dalton, who is nine years old.
After graduating from Sam Houston State University, I taught first grade in Magnolia, Texas for five years and then decided I was ready to come home. This will be my 9th year teaching fourth grade at Anderson-Shiro Elementary. I look forward to a great year!
Hello! My name is Kelley Tagudin and this is my 12th year of teaching, 8 of them being here at Anderson-Shiro Elementary.
I am originally from a tiny town in Northern California. I graduated from California State University Chico in 2007. My husband Chris and I moved to Texas in 2008 and fell in love! I taught homeschool for 4 years and then came to Anderson-Shiro. We have 3 kids, Dustin is starting his first year of college, Leilani is in 5th grade, and Melia (Minnie) is in 1st.
I am extremely passionate about teaching and look forward to a wonderful school year. Thank you for sharing your children with me!
Greetings! I'm Mrs. Gail Peterson, a transplanted OK State alum. Orange is my favorite color.
I have enjoyed twenty-two years in Texas education with a special focus on math and science. I believe every child can learn at high levels of with appropriate, personalized support. Critical thinking & problem solving are key.
My husband Steve and I have been married for forty-three years and raised six wonderful children. We've also been blessed with four adorable grandchildren.
I am so delighted to be teaching at A-S Elementary and am looking forward to a wonderful year with your child.
