What do I do when…
My child has issues with his/her device?
Visit the IT department. If the issue can not be resolved by us:
If the device is from iWorld, we will keep it and send it to iWorld support.
If the device is purchased from another vendor, we would recommend that you take it to that vendor directly.
I am having issues with technology or school applications.
Send an email to itsupport@asb.bh at anytime - Include all required information please (Student Name, Grade Level, Details of Issue, etc.).
Visit the IT department 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
