One question I had was how could I use the codes on the VR Vex robot website to do different things. I managed to make different polygons by putting the right codes to make the shapes I made, some of the shapes I created were a spiral design and different polygons like a triangle, an octagon and a hexagon
What I was trying to answer by doing this project was that I wanted to know how robots with specific codes can help our humanity, how they can make our lives easier by helping us in out daily activities.
I created my project by trying different types of code until I found the code that gives the command I needed to do something.
I got results I liked because I found the codes that gave the commands I needed. I've found that there are ways to simplify very large code by making the process shorter and less stressful; my prototype can trace different paths to make a drawing of different polygons; To find the necessary codes I used logic, seeing how much was needed to get to what I wanted, and also testing a few times until I got a good result.
My results are important because with them I discovered that code does such a thing and that helped me because I would only need to copy these codes to do the same command in different projects.
What I could do differently would be to try using different types of code to learn how they work and even see if they could simplify very large code.
I got my information and ideas from a guide for different purposes that my STEAM teacher gave us, in this document I had several ideas of different things to do with the code; one person who supported my ideals was my STEAM teacher.
Congratulations on successfully coding the robot to make different shapes. I would love to see if this could continue in a real robot.
