PROJECT SUMMARY

Last year when quarintine was ending I was leaving and coming home very frequently and besides the place where my mom parked the car was a big tree. This tree always bothered me when opening the door because it made the space where the door could be opened very small, also its roots where starting to break the floor in the sidewalk. My mom decided to contract a handy man with a saw that could cut the tree. I was very surprised when I found out that the man was charging 2 million guaranies just for cutting the tree, while we where doing the circuitry assignments in the engineering and design class I thought back to this problem and decided to find a more cost effective solution. I created a romote controlled remote robot that had a saw on the tip to cut the trees. I found this solution better than hiring a handy man because it will obviously be cheaper since the robot doesn't need to pay for food and can work 24 hs without any problem.

These results are important because they show how using robots instead of people will make it more cost efective for people and companies.

WHAT'S NEXT?

I could extend my project by trying to make a real sized robot. I wouldn't have done anything differently if I had the chance.
