Keeping Healthy Routines

Trying to maintain a normal sleep, food, exercise, schoolwork, free time and family routine will help things not feel so chaotic. Healthy eating and sleeping routines are also important for overall physical and mental health. Where possible, try to keep a routine in line with the school day. Pupils should follow the school’s advice on the time spent on schoolwork each day and follow the timetable outlined for their year group.
