The last unit in Advanced Higher Physics is called 'Electromagnetism'.
This unit looks at developing your knowledge of electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields.
The first topic that we will cover is electric force and electric fields. This will call upon your knowledge of electric charges from both National 5 and Higher. In this topic we will look at the force that exists between two or more charged bodies, and then introduce the concept of an electric field.
Completing your work:
All classwork will be set on Microsoft Teams.
Your teacher will upload resources onto the 'files' section and this will include pupil notes, problems (and solutions), homework exercises and PowerPoint's to articulate with the pupil notes.
Most of the work that is to be completed will be written work and this should be completed in jotters or on paper and answers checked regularly - if you have an issue with any of the questions set, then contact your class teacher for help and guidance.
You are recommended to make yourself familiar with the use of 'SCHOLAR' which contains many useful resources.
