Topics currently being taught:
Higher Maths starts off by expanding on the work that was taught in N5 Maths last session. From change of timetable until the summer holidays pupils will be working on:
1. Integration - basic integration, differential equations, area between curves
2. Functions and Graphs - composite functions, inverse functions, graphs of functions.
It is vital that learners engage in learning during this period as this material may be assessed on return to school and results may be used to inform estimate grades that will be awarded in August.

Completing the work:
All classwork will be set on Microsoft Teams.
Most of the work that is to be completed will be written work and this should be completed in jotters or on paper and answers checked regularly - if any pupil has any issues with any of the tasks set then they should contact their class teacher.
There will be video explanations within teams to help learners complete their notes at home.
There may also be work set on mymaths - to give teachers an idea of the progress being made.
