Pupils are encouraged to keep an exercise log that contains a record of all exercise completed and then send it to their class teacher once every couple of weeks.
Every pupil should aim to do AT LEAST 30 mins of exercise on a DAILY basis, this can simply include going out for a walk, run, or playing in your back garden with a football/netball.

These are only an example of what is out there. There are hundreds of videos to access for exercise through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and plenty of fitness challenges through TikTok which are all released on a daily basis.
