Skills Development Scotland play an important role in school in helping pupils develop Career Management Skills and to enter positive, sustained destinations.

How is this done ?

· Class talks

· S2 1-1 appointments re subject choice preparation.

· 1-1 Appointments for S3/4/5/6

· Self referrals/ Guidance teacher referrals

· Attendance at some parents nights.

· Attendance at transition reviews.
