Art With Yuming

Dear Parents,

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support after the Christmas Day fire destroyed everything in the Books and Me library, including the art studio. The devastating incident has caused significant losses to us! However, with your generous donation and encouragement, we have managed to rise from the ashes and continue our work to serve our community. We cannot express enough our gratitude.

So far, the Foundation has distributed the donations to our art class studio, and as you are probably aware, all Winter/Spring classes have been ongoing as scheduled!  However, after 20 years of administrative support, the Founder of the Zhaoyu Cultural Foundation, Vicky Huang, has decided, with much consideration, to let all teachers operate independently from the Foundation starting in the Summer 2024 Season.  Each teacher, including me, has received full support and guidance from Zhaoyu to transition the operations and will continue to provide our classes with the same curriculum and instructional style!

Starting in June, our art class will be retitled "Art With Yuming.”  You are welcome to check our brand-new website: (http://www.artwithyuming.com)!  Zhaoyu’s website will link the class information to my new website. In the meantime, Gina Ng, the Books and Me Library's director, will continue to provide administrative support for my art classes and provide assistance to our parents.

I want to thank Vicky and all Zhaoyu’s staff, for their unparalleled administrative supports and generous financial compensation for the recovery of the art class studio's devastating loss!  Your continuous support to the art class and encouragement will be highly appreciated.

Best regards, Yuming Tseng
