Selections from Rafael Osuba
Artistic Director Of Artist Studio Project and The El Quixote Festival NC
As I looked through the images I was reminded of a poem that has gone viral by Kitty O'Meara, these are truly strange and challenging times. I see stress, despair, panic and hope. Above all somehow I see this "thing" this gate keeper. Some good has to come from all of this and so in times of crisis many look to the artists to find answers.
“And the people stayed home. And read books, and listened, and rested, and exercised, and made art, and played games, and learned new ways of being, and were still. And listened more deeply. Some meditated, some prayed, some danced. Some met their shadows. And the people began to think differently.” Kitty O'Meara
