Artist statement- Ronit Cohen

I’m a multidisciplinary artist connecting different fields of art As a photographer I’m fascinated by color, shape, texture and composition. When I create paper beads and necklaces I pay attention to these same characteristics. I love how versatile paper is and seeing how it can transform from a 2D surface to a 3D object excites me. This art form is completely hand made with each piece being created uniquely so that no two pieces are the same.
