# Privacy Policy for ZenPaws
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Arnadi Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ZenPaws mobile application (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
### 1. Information Collection and Use
ZenPaws is designed to respect and protect your privacy:
- **No Personal Data Collection:** We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or IP address.
- **Local Data Storage:** Any app preferences or settings (such as session durations or intro status) are stored exclusively on your local device memory using Android SharedPreferences and are never transmitted to external servers.
### 2. Permissions Used by the App
To provide a smooth meditation and breathing experience, ZenPaws uses the following basic system capabilities:
- **Vibration / Haptic Feedback:** Used to provide subtle tactile cues when transitioning between breathing phases (Inhale, Hold, Exhale).
- **Keep Screen On / Wake Lock:** Used to prevent your device screen from turning off or going to sleep during active breathing sessions.
### 3. Third-Party Services
The app utilizes standard Android media playback libraries (such as AndroidX Media3 / ExoPlayer) to play local background videos and audio directly on your device. These libraries do not collect or track user data.
### 4. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
### 5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
