PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The Armed Forces Chamber offers its Officers the opportunity to consistently and actively participate, learn, and share their knowledge with others. To support Officer growth and leadership development, the Chamber has established a structured promotion system through three progressive ranks: Private, Junior Officer, and Senior Officer. This tiered structure is designed to build upon the leadership, commitment, and experience gained at each level, fostering strong organizational development and sustained Officer engagement. The promotion framework not only encourages continuous involvement but also recognizes and rewards meaningful contributions. The system was inspired by and developed with valuable input from XO JP Edwards, whose vision helped shape this path for advancement and excellence within the Chamber.
