The Armed Forces Chamber operates under a structured chain of command, ensuring effective governance, strategic direction, and operational efficiency. 

At the highest level is the Commander (CEO), who provides overall leadership, establishes the organization's vision, and makes key strategic decisions. The Commander represents the Chamber in official capacities and ensures the organization's mission aligns with its long-term goals. 

Supporting the Commander is the Vice Commander (President), who assists in executing strategic initiatives, assumes command responsibilities in the Commander’s absence, and plays a pivotal role in external relations, partnerships, and major operational decisions. The Vice Commander also supports executive leadership, oversees specific programs, and facilitates communication between leadership and members to ensure seamless operational continuity and foster organizational growth. 

The Executive Officer (XO) (Vice President) oversees the Chamber’s operational functions, ensuring that all departments work cohesively while managing internal administration, coordination, and the execution of strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the XO implements policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and plays an integral role in aligning the Chamber’s daily functions with its long-term objectives. 

The Senior Officer provides leadership in specialized areas, supporting the executive team in implementing initiatives and maintaining operational integrity.  

The Jr. Officer plays a developmental role in supporting senior leadership while gaining experience in Chamber operations. 

At the foundational level, the Private undergoes structured mentorship and training to prepare for leadership responsibilities within the Chamber.

Andre' Haynes is a seasoned entrepreneur and business visionary with over two decades of experience founding and leading successful ventures, including a major record label, national concert promotion company, public relations firm, political consultancy, and international business development enterprise. A published author and motivational speaker, he has guided aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners as an adjunct instructor. 

Haynes is a dedicated community leader, actively serving on multiple boards and committees across various municipalities at the state, county, and city levels. His commitment to community service is reflected in his active involvement with distinguished auxiliaries and organizations dedicated to community engagement, health and wellness, the U.S. military branches, veteran services, and more.
