Department of Hydrology & Atmospheric Sciences

To declare a major in BS Hydrology & Atmospheric Sciences (HAS), you must:

• have a current cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher

• email HAS advisor Brittany Ciancarelli (bciance@arizona.edu) to schedule a meeting

• attend meeting with Brittany (or Dr. Martha Whitaker) to determine course schedule, estimate time to graduation, and officially declare the HAS major
  
  *Note: The HAS major requires an emphasis of either Environmental Hydrology & Water Resources (EHY) -OR- Meteorology & Atmospheric Sciences (ATMO).  You do not necessarily need to declare your emphasis when you declare your major if you are still deciding.
