Department of Computer Science

To declare a major in Computer Science, please review the Major Declaration Workshop to learn more about the program. Follow the instructions on the last slide carefully. Once your major has been declared, you will be able to use Trellis to schedule a meeting with your advisor to get more information about the Computer Science major requirements/class selection.

Please be aware that CSC 110 (the first CS course that counts toward the major) is available for registration to all students who meet the prerequisite, regardless of declared major.

If you are unsure that you want to declare and want to speak to an advisor first, please contact the advisor assigned to your last name and provide a few meeting times that would generally fit into your schedule so that they can arrange a time to speak with you.
