All Coaches are required to review and understand the procedures for fundraising and purchases. They must be followed at all times. To conduct a fundraiser, a request for Fundraiser Request Form must be completed and sent to the Office Manager, Ms. Amie Trent. If the fundraiser is online, and Online Fundraiser Request Form (16B) is also required.
Prior to submitting a fundraising request, please read the Chesterfield County School Board Policy 4080 and the Chesterfield County Public School Fundraisers section 16.
The Final Report Exhibit 16A will be used if the fundraiser used any inventory or operated at a loss.
