This four-day intensive certification training is offered through the Association of Master Trainers at Azusa Pacific University. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) methodology is a facilitated method where participants "lean in" to create group engagement through a series of questions and responsive building sessions of LEGO® models. Yes, you heard that right, you get to play with LEGO® bricks! In this process, 3D models can serve as the basis for knowledge sharing and decision-making in order to solve complex problems. With LSP, groups can utilize the maximum potential of creativity from all participants around the table.

Part B: ICF Mentor/Coaching and Assessment

Are you interested in gaining the necessary training to become an executive coach, life coach, leadership development coach, or just improve your workplace conversations? The International Coaching Federation (ICF) offers the gold standard in the industry. Join Dr. Kim Zovak, ICF Master Certified Coach, for interactive, virtual training sessions leading you to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

• Group Mentor Coaching Session 2**: Wednesday, September 6, 2023 - 4:00-6:00P (PDT)

• Group Mentor Coaching Session 3**:  Wednesday, September 20, 2023 - 4:00-6:00P (PDT)

• Group Mentor Coaching Session 4**: Wednesday, October 4, 2023 - 4:00-6:00P (PDT)

**The final three 1:1 mentor coaching hours can be arranged individually with the mentor coach. Instructions for your assessment will be provided at the end of your mentor coaching. You can have up to a year to complete this, and extensions are available if needed. The ICF certification is based on a successful assessment and 100 client coaching hours.
