Help Desk

If students or parents are in need of remote learning assistance, please use the resources listed below.

  1. Reach out to your teacher, counselor or building staff.

  2. Complete a Student Help Desk Form . If students/guardians are having questions that school staff are unable to resolve, complete the help desk form. Staff will monitor and respond to all submissions.

  3. Hot Line Number: This number rolls over to a voicemail that will be received by the help desk. No live person will answer this phone. In the event you or your students are unable to access online help forms above, this number can be used to request assistance. Phone: 330-761-7943.

  4. After-Hours Support Center- High-quality educators and tutors will use Google Meets to tutor students and clarify lessons and homework assigned by the classroom teacher. The first level of support for students is his or her classroom teacher. However, evening time supports are critical elements that allow students the opportunity to get help with questions, concerns, or content that he or she may be struggling with while completing assignments independently. After-Hours will run each evening, Monday through Thursday, from 4-7 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m, beginning October 5.
