Uniform Policy
The complete dress code policy for Ascension Parish Middle Schools can be found here.
Students will receive a consequence for every three uniform citations. Below, please find some of the most commonly-issued dress code infractions.:
incorrect socks - must be navy, white, khaki, or black, and cannot have logos (other than the PVM logo)
wearing leggings or skinny jeans
not wearing a belt with bottoms that have belt loops
wearing jewelry
wearing clothing that is too short or too tight
wearing an incorrect sweatshirt - must be solid navy or grey, or must be a PVM sweatshirt.
Free Dress Guidelines
Occasionally, PVM will have "free dress" days. On these days, all rules on page 13 in the PVM Student Handbook must be followed. no Nike shorts (or any other brand of shorts that fit like Nike shorts)
