Technical Information

You will need Chrome or Firefox (Safari does not work) to access the main workshop platform, Gather.town.

UPDATES: Refreshing your screen or switching your browser to/from Chrome or Firefox fixes most Gather.town issues. Having fewer windows/apps running also helps. Gather tends to take up a decent amount of computing power. This is more apparent if you have an older computer (https://support.gather.town/help/system-specifications).

Zoom meetings will be used for some sessions. You must have Zoom v5.6.4 or higher to fully participate in the workshop.

Zoom Download Center - to download the Zoom app to your electronic device follow this link.

It is HIGHLY recommended you access each session with a tablet-sized screen or larger.

Zoom sessions will be recorded. Please turn off your webcam if you do not wish to be recorded.

Sessions in the Gather.town Patio and Rotunda will not be recorded.
